Wow, what great service. A very good website (with lots of help) so I didn't need to call. I ordered the timer I needed mid afternoon. An hour or so later I received an email to say my parcel had dispatched and it was with me the next day. Thank you Heating Controls Online. Kind regards, Paul (a. Quartz E7 Water Heating Control Manual

Hi, I've recently moved into an apartment which has a hostmann economy 7 quartz water heater. Since moving in, it appears that I can't get the timer function to work properly. The water only heats using the boost option. The timer itself seems to be working fine, I can hear it ticking and see it's moving round, the light comes on early in the morning which suggests that it should be heating the water, but after the timer light goes out the water is still freezing cold. The water only gets hot after boosting it. Can anyone please recommend any solutions to what I can do to try and get the timer function to work and actually heat my water?
Thanks in advance
